This position is based in Otrokovice, Czech Republic, where we employ more than 400 employees in a modern production facility.
You will work closely with an international team.
Design & Development: Independent development and design of connectors, including responsibility for assigned product groups.
Prototyping & Testing: Coordination of prototype manufacturing as well as creation of test plans and test specifications. Coordination of requirements and results with the test laboratory.
Project Management: Leading and managing development projects, including scheduling and progress monitoring.
Technical Documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documents such as specifications, drawings, declarations of conformity, and release documentation.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Close coordination with global interfaces, particularly production, quality assurance, testing, and purchasing.
International Environment: Coordination and alignment with international suppliers as well as presenting development results internally and externally to customers.
Innovation Management: Identification of new technologies, materials, and methods to further develop our products and integrate them into existing development processes.

Education: Completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
Professional Experience: Several years of experience in product development, design, and testing of connectors or comparable technical components.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on mindset, structured working style, and deep technical understanding.
Communication Skills: Ability to work closely in interdisciplinary and international teams.
Languages: Excellent Czech and English skills, both written and spoken.
