This position is based in Otrokovice, Czech Republic, where we employ more than 400 employees in a modern production facility.
You will work closely with an international team and frequently travel to Germany, especially during the initial onboarding phase, to ensure smooth integration and collaboration.
Manage the category of Connectors & Harnessing and related commodities.
Develop and oversee category strategy across functions and regions.
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.
Drive cost reduction and value creation initiatives.
Support RFQ process, price comparisons and oversee SAP data.
Lead regional teams functionally aligned with global teams.
Develop regional procurement directives.

Education
Technical or commercial university degree.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in Category Management.
Proven leadership skills.
Strong background in Connectors or Harnessing business.
Skills
Fluent English (mandatory), basic German (advantage).
Strong market knowledge and supplier understanding.
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
Ability to manage change and support ongoing transformation projects.
